Acceptance of terms

By accessing or purchasing from zashadu.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping, Returns, and Privacy policies. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Eligibility

Products and pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing and listing errors, including after an order has been confirmed. Prices are listed in [USD / Naira] and are subject to change without notice, though confirmed orders are honored at the price paid.

Order acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund is issued for that order.

Made to measure and custom orders

These are governed by our Made to Measure and Customization policies, including deposit and cancellation terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content on this site, including design, photography, text, and the Zashadu name and logo, is the property of Zashadu Studios Limited and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

User conduct

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's normal operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zashadu Studios Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products, beyond the value of the order in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
