Shipping policy

Domestic (Nigeria) 

Orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Delivery within Lagos takes [1–2 business days] after payment; delivery to other states takes [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation. Delivery is handled by DHL Express. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase. Kindly note that during peak periods (like sales events), delivery times may be slightly extended. Deliveries are made between 9:00am and 5:00pm and a signature is required upon delivery from the recipient. If unavailable, DHL will retain the item and arrange for redelivery. 

International (Global) 

Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] and delivered by DHL Express within [4 –7 business days] for countries outside Africa. Deliveries within African countries take 3 – 5 business days. 

Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. We declare full value on all shipments; we do not undervalue customs paperwork.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may be subject to delays due to custom processes in the destination country. 

Tracking your order:

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email with tracking details. This allows monitoring of order while being delivered. 

Taxes & Duties: 

International orders may be subject to custom duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate or influence these fees. 

Note: 

Once an order (local or International) has been dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that allows for monitoring of the item. Custom duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Zashadu is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.
