Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number, which will enable you to check on the delivery status of your order online.We ship by DHL. Please see the details below for worldwide delivery times and prices:

NOTE: Delivery times may be affected by customs in your country of residence. Please use the information beneath as a guide only. *There may be a customs and import fee that will be your responsibility to pay and sadly we have no influence over this. 

Dispatch
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 48 hours, although there may be a slight delay during very busy periods, such as our annual sale. Zashadu is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Nigeria Delivery
Orders are dispatched via DHL Express within 2 business days and are normally delivered the next business day between 9am and 5pm. Someone will need to be available to sign for your order, otherwise it will be kept by DHL so that you can rearrange delivery. Please note that there may be a slight delay during the sale period.

International Delivery
Delivery within Africa costs $35, (Except Ghana $31) via DHL. Delivery to Rest of The World costs $35 via DHL and is subject to duties and taxes, see below. Orders for delivery to Africa take 3-5 business days, while deliveries to the rest of the world will take up to 7 business days.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives with you.

Packaging
All of our bags come packaged in a protective Zashadu dust bag and carrier bag, or presentation boxes. Small leather goods will arrive in tissue paper and presentation box.

Taxes & Duties

If you are ordering for delivery outside Nigeria, we will omit VAT from the price automatically. There may be a customs and import fee imposed by your country that is your responsibility to pay. Unfortunately we have no control over this.

IF YOUR PURCHASE IS UNDER 12 MONTHS OLD WE WILL BE GLAD TO REPAIR REASONABLE DAMAGE FREE OF CHARGE.


If your bag is more than 12 months old, repairs will be charged for and we will provide a quotation for your approval before proceeding with any repair work. We will need valid proof of purchase in order to proceed with any repairs so please keep your receipt.

We are pleased to offer a range of payment options for your convenience.

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Credit and Debit Cards.
  • Paypal payments: You can make payment using your Paypal, Credit or Debit card easily and seamless through Paypal.
  • Bank Transfer: You may also make payment via bank transfer. Simply tick the option at the check-out and we will provide you with our bank details. We will ship your items after we have received payment into our account. If we do not receive the payment within 24 hours of order confirmation, we will cancel the order and the product will be listed to sell.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry’s best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. We encrypt information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and it is stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

All products should be returned within 14 days after delivery.

You are able to return for a different size, style or store credit as we do not issue refunds at this time.

Returned items must include tags and be properly packed. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.

Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged except if faulty, the wrong size or style was received.

Please note that bespoke or Atelier Zashadu products made to order are not refundable except if faulty.

Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have passed a quality control check.

Exchange items are subject to product availability.

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation(RMA) number by emailing us your reason for return.

Once your RMA has been obtained, please ensure the goods are in the condition you received them.

Package this including the dust bag and delivery note. Please ensure that it is all carefully waterproofed.

The cost of returning the product will be your responsibility and your chosen return method, although online tracking must be included.
