ZASHADU X AFRICAN ARTISTS’ FOUNDATION – YOUTH EMPOWERMENT THROUGH CREATIVE ART

In conjunction with African Artists’ Foundation, and Ford Foundation, we’re pleased to announce a series of workshops aimed at skill development, as part of the Youth Empowerment through Contemporary Art, program. The first workshop took place in Alara, Lagos and was attended by students from Girls Academy Senior Secondary school in Isale Eko, Lagos.

Babangida entertains our guests and attempts to bottle shine in unfamiliar surroundings. Usually he is sat on the floor atop a glass pane, moving at lightning speed, turning dull, freshly dyed leather into glossy and glistening skins.
