Delivery

Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number which will enable you check on the delivery status of your order online.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

 

Our online store offers a selection of one off creations that form part of a numbered Limited Edition Collection. All items in the numbered Limited Edition are not eligible for refund.

Un-numbered, non Limited Edition items may be refunded and or exchanged within 14 days, by going through the following steps.

1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number by emailing us at za@zashadu.com, with your reason for return
2. Once you have obtained your RMA number, please ensure that the goods are in the same condition that you received them in, including dust bag and delivery note and are carefully waterproof packaged.
3. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility and your chosen return method must include online tracking
Please note:
  • Bespoke Products that have been made to order are non refundable.
  • Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and passed a quality control check.
  • Exchange items are subject to product availability.
REPAIRS
If your purchase is under 12 months old we will be glad to repair reasonable damage free of charge. 
If your bag is more than 12 months old, repairs will be charged for and we will provide a quotation for your approval before proceeding with any repair work. We will need valid proof of purchase in order to proceed with any repairs so please keep your receipt.
