EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Our online store offers a selection of one off creations that form part of a numbered Limited Edition Collection. All items in the numbered Limited Edition are not eligible for refund.
Un-numbered, non Limited Edition items may be refunded and or exchanged within 14 days, by going through the following steps.
- Bespoke Products that have been made to order are non refundable.
- Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and passed a quality control check.
- Exchange items are subject to product availability.
If your bag is more than 12 months old, repairs will be charged for and we will provide a quotation for your approval before proceeding with any repair work. We will need valid proof of purchase in order to proceed with any repairs so please keep your receipt.
